escape 3k with just playing support?

Is it possible to escape 3k with just playing support? I calibrated at 2.7 and I managed to reach 3.4 mmr with just playing supports often lion,bane,dazzle. And when I play carry, my supports don't know what they're suppose to do, I mean, 4 stocks of obs in the shop and they still needed to be pinged to buy wards or already 10 mins in the game and chick is still walking, and guess what they are the ones who are mad/pissed and they say I talk too much. I'm stuck now at 3.4, because my carries are not that good even though I give my best supporting them. Most of my games, I'm the only support on the team cuz u know 3k players all wants to play carry but I'm just fine with that especially when they know how to carry. BTW I'm playing on SEA cancer server. Any tips on how to escape 3k? THANKS :)
