The new hotkey system is *almost* perfect, apart from one issue for legacy users

In the past, legacy users were unable to benefit from quickcast. Now they can! However, there remains a small issue.


Right now, if you are a legacy user and you want to start assigning individual hotkeys on every hero (e.g. windranger shackle on quickcast but powershot on regular cast), you need to turn off legacy first which defaults all heroes to qwer, meaning you then need to go through every single hero to reset their legacy hotkeys manually, which with 100+ heroes will take at least an hour. All because you wanted to put a couple of spells on a couple of heroes on quickcast.


Suggested solution: If you have legacy enabled, simply let the game default to legacy keys on every character, *even* when you start changing individual hotkeys per hero.


Lastly, of course a bunch of people are gonna be like 'legacy is stupid and inefficient why don't you just use qwer'. Yeah, there's no doubt that qwer is objectively more efficient because it uses less hotkeys. However, making the switch is extremely difficult for veteran dota1 players, takes a really long time, and creates a giant risk of missclicks for a possibly even longer time, something that you simply cannot afford if you play competitively and/or just want to play your best. For what it's worth, plenty of pro players also use legacy keys (afaik Arteezy, Sumail and Dendi for example, don't quote me on this), and would obviously also benefit from this.
