Mirana Aghanim Scepter

Mirana gets a 5th ability when she buys Aghanim's Scepter.
**Divine Arrow**
Fires an **invisible** long-range arrow with deadly precision, which stuns and damages the first enemy unit it strikes. The stun duration ranges from 0.01 to 5 seconds, with bonus damage up to 140 added, based on the distance the arrow travels to its target.

Basically, give Mirana a second arrow that works exactly the same as the first, but is invisible. It can be revealed by sentries, gems and towers. Allies can see the arrow.

1 **Lol, 10 second stun is too op**
If your hero got hit by a Mirana Sacred Arrow for 5 seconds, your hero is pretty much dead anyway because the rest of the enemy team will follow up.
2 **But the Arrow is invisible!**
Yeah, so is Mirana's Moonlight Shadow. Why aren't you complaining about how Moonlight Shadow ganks make your heroes die?
3 **Are you high?**
No, you still have to purchase Aghanim's Scepter on Mirana. Of course the effect of an invisible Arrow sounds powerful, its supposed to be powerful. But compare this to Tiny's, Lina's, WinRanger's, Invoker's or Treant Protector's, and this seems average in comparison.
4 **X seconds/damage/cooldown is too short/long**
The numbers can be tweaked. Its the idea that matters.
