Already submitted to Dev forum, but for the sake of getting the attention it needs, here is a compiled a list of some recurring bugs re: Cosmetic Items, loadouts, etc.

Hoping to get Valve's attention on some of these issues that keep popping up in-game. Especially with the immos and arcanas.

1. Terrorblade's Arcana - I added the prismatic gem "Miasmatic Grey" to the arcana and in the [loadout screen] (http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/647751090598213229/D0851D43E8C201E94BE017F6D9DEF1C08F7C58BB/) but doesn't show up [in game] (http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/647751090598373237/B4E5698C377CD6315B086E9975B420944E6F984A/)

2. The TI5 effigy occasionally fails to load the cosmetics with the [base model] (http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/640994505188396989/611C25EAB63D17ED3DA0F88D5614D99B072BB064/)

3. Wraith King's "Relic Sword" will often [fail to load the upper-half] (http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/647751724414988237/326DB64129592641BB4CA60A94559400E3522E72/) of the sword (the "wraith" part), so it'll just be a knubby, broken sword he's hacking creeps with.

4. Void's "Voidhammer" will load the [particle effects] (http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/398926735113655250/EC0379132D7D0EA2FA7E183F5D0E9047C6A39915/) behind and away from the actual hammer.
