Disable CTRL for Setting Control Groups (Meepo Question)

I have 10 control groups.

Now, the problem is that when I'm playing, occassionally, I will forget that I have bound E and F to control groups. (These are really handy for jungling).

So what I'll do is be sat on mid, and press CTRL + F to try and level up my Ultimate on Meep.. (F is my ultimate key on all other heroes).. and my 1st and 2nd control groups will all be messed up.

What I would like, is a way to prevent changing of my Meep control groups once I've set them up.

The only way I can think of achieveing this is to disable the CTRL key for control groups.

Is this possible?

**Protip** Since you don't need E and F keys, which are your passives bound to anything, re-using them for your 1 and 2 control groups on Meepo is really effective. All you need to do is set them up at the start of a game and remove them from your skills.
