State of the Dubai Server

##**Background**
In the past year, the Dubai server has been seeing more and more attention by people across the region. With the introduction of the regional chat, that attention is only going to increase. There are fundamental problems that plague that server.

##**Language Barriers**
There are a lot of people that join the Dubai server from different locations. Usually, the people that join are from the Middle East (namely the Arabian Gulf) and have no issues communicating. However, this problem is *compounded* when people from the Philippines and/or Russia are introduced.

I understand the overused concept that Russians/Filipinos are everywhere but it makes no sense for them to be at the Dubai server.

##**Latency**
The routing tables generated for the Dubai server vary from ISP to the other within the region which causes headaches for people in the region to actually enjoy the game. Furthermore, with the lack of proper ISP support and understanding, matters are only worse on 4G/LTE/VLAN/WiMAX networks.

##**Ranked Games**
This is by far the most important (in my opinion). There is absolutely no reason to queue for ranked games using the Dubai server as games tend to take at least 45+ minutes for them to appear only to be overwhelmed by the number of inexperienced players or just annoying individuals.

##**Others**
There are various of other issues that tend to demoralize players from ever queuing on the Dubai server that include player behavior, discrepancy in player skill levels, and the lack of enjoyment due to stubborn picks due to the lack of consequences (also goes back to language barriers).
 
##**In Closing**
I appreciate anyone going through this post, it really is an issue for players that are only limited to that region due to latency factors otherwise. If it came off as some sort of rant, I apologize it is just due to the frustrations that build up over time regarding this server. Thank you once again.

Dubai server is unplayable in both normal and ranked due to queue times, awful combination of people from various cultures and languages, and obnoxious behavior from players that join.
